Back to Basics for Me - Write it Down, Move My Butt!
Hi Katsolo; I have worked from home as well all through my Atkins journey and have the same issues; often working well past closing time etc. Like Mummydee said, keep strict count of your carbs and follow the carb ladder. if you do it right you will continue to loose weight as your body burns fat. I try and do a 1/2 hour walk/toning exercise regularly otherwise I feel 'desk bound'...
Weight loss/maintenance is soooo much more than calories in/calories out!!!

Follow the carb ladder.
Add one variety starting with berries and eat that every other day. Note how your body reacts eg cravings etc. stop if you notice any reactions and try again after a few weeks.
Only add foods that you know are safe to provide variety if needed. I love double cream and a dash of splenda over my berries.

Not nice but this is what I'm going through. Also seem to be loosing and gaining the same 1kg. At level 3 OWL, only introduced blueberries and cherries. Trying to keep under 25 net grams and maintain RDI. Drinking a lot of water, sporadic exercise...

HELP, any ideas?
