I am 35 years old and live in Phoenix, AZ. My current photo was taken just a few weeks ago and is my last "fat" photo.

I successfully used Atkins to lose weight 4 years ago, but life got in the way and I went back to my bad habits and gained the weight back. So, I'm back on the wagon and hoping to really make a lifestyle of it this time.

Is anyone using the Calorie Counter for BlackBerry from Fatsecret?

Hey MarkieG,

I just downloaded and started using it and have a weigh-in problem too. The App tells me that my goal weight is wrong for my height (which I know it isn't). I assumed that Fatsecret had recorded by height wrong when I set up, so I looked around the site and CANNOT FIND A WAY TO CHANGE MY HEIGHT!

Other than the weigh-in issue, it works great! I can lookup/enter food from the full database and it syncs without having to do anything.

I found it easily on Blackberry app world by searching Calorie Counter, but you might also try searching for fatsecret (that was in the title when I downloaded).

Wii Fit
I try to make use of my Wii Fit every day. If you don't want to lay out the extra $$ to get EA Sports or one of the "better" exercise programs, go to www.wiifitroutine.com and you can print out dozens of exercise routines in 15, 30, 45 and 60-minute durations.

Be sure to start out on Easy or Medium from the routine list - I did a Hard one on Thursday and overdid my calves and have had to stay off for 2 days.
