Great! Love that you love the weights! And 115 is a good amount; most girls can't do that much. Looking at your profile pic, you might want to place the bar lower on your back muscles. It looks a bit high, like it's resting on your neck bone. Just looking out for ya! Smile

175 DL, nice! As far as the cellulite, perhaps it's "wooshes and squishy fat". Kind of a long read, but in short, the body tends to make fat "squishy" right before getting rid of it in large quantities.

…of lifting heavy weights, girls! If you already train with heavy weights then you know the fat burning benefits it provides. For those who don't do any weightlifting but only do long bouts of cardio, consider this.

Long, steady-pace cardio tells your body that muscle is not only unnecessary, but it's actually hindering your current activities. If you had lots of muscle on your body, you would be a terrible long distance runner as you would be too heavy and your muscles would require too much oxygen to run efficiently causing you to gas out early. Therefore, your body begins getting rid of precious muscle since you aren't using it and it's actually getting in the way.

To lose weight, and we should specifically refer to it as "losing fat", lifting heavy weights will supercharge your fat burning because muscle burns fat all on its own. Here's a quick article from Muscle & Fitness:

You know what? As long as it fits into your macros, you'll be fine. There are a certain amount of calories, carbs, protein, and fats in whatever you'd get from Mc Donalds, so go ahead and enjoy it. Then adjust the rest of your meals for that day to ensure you don't go over your calories, protein, carbs, and fats.
