Hi Chatterbox, I like your enthusiasm and ambition. 3 Zumba classes and a step class. Sounds good! After 4 weeks of that, how about replacing one Zumba class with a full-body weight training day. Do that for 4 weeks. Then 2 weight training days/week for another 4 weeks. don't be afraid of gaining too much muscle. You can always alter your training at any time, but lifting weights and making your muscles firm not only will make you look hot, but it will help melt the fat a lot faster! Good luck girl!

I want to help.
I know it is difficult for many of us to get motivated or enthusiastic about getting fit or losing unwanted pounds. When someone excels in one aspect of life, he/she might have trouble in another. We all have are strengths—those gifts that were given to us that make it easier to be motivated by something because we are more successful with it.

On the other hand, we all have our weaknesses for an aspect of life in which we would rather not even partake, be it social speaking, moving up the corporate ladder, education, or fitness.

I'm here to tell you that even if you have a hard time losing fat or sticking to a diet or exercise plan, it is possible to meet your goals. You can do it, because it is possible. And you are no less a candidate for success than anyone that has done it. It just happened to be their turn. Now it's your turn.

Have you set a time-based goal? How about 30 days. How about losing 10 pounds in 30 days? Well, I happen to own a website that gives you free information to do just that. You don't have to buy a damn thing. At least not from me or the website. Meaning, I don't just tease you and tell you to buy the rest of the info. No—it's all there. How to determine how much to eat per day. When to exercise.

You will need a gym membership or at least home equipment because it focuses on weight lifting in order to burn fat fast. It is hard. I don't sugar coat anything. It is a hard workout and diet plan who's goal is to give you a "hard body".

You will do hard work because that's the only way it will happen. But the looks, comments, and compliments you start receiving will make it worth it, and encourage you to continue.

This is my 10in30 website:

Also, I just saw that my kickboxing workout course is on sale for 10 bucks instead of the usual 30. Check it out here: Extreme Kickboxing Workout

Good luck in 2015—I wish you success and happiness!

Hi AA, congrats on losing that much weight before. A testament that it is possible.

Don't be afraid

I've been lifting heavier and love what its doing, although I still manage to get good cardio in a few times a week. Squatting 115 right now, no where near the 175 deadlift though. My back looks great, hoping the rest of me catches up! Even lost some of the loose skin on my back from a 50 lb weight loss. Never thought that would go away! Loving the weights!

Great! Love that you love the weights! And 115 is a good amount; most girls can't do that much. Looking at your profile pic, you might want to place the bar lower on your back muscles. It looks a bit high, like it's resting on your neck bone. Just looking out for ya! Smile
