performance: losing 2.8 lb a week
I change diets a lot, but I basically stick with counting calories. I switch from counting calories and eating low carb to counting calories and eating carbs. I just came off a two week carb feast and gained about 8 lb. So I am back counting calories and eating lower carb foods until I feel less bloated. I recently started lifting weights and love the way I feel. I also do cardio, either my taebo or turbo jam dvds or walk on my treadmill.
