I'm a working professional in the Seattle area, getting close to 50, and I hear it's harder to lose after 50. My diet challenges include a busy schedule, frequent business lunches and a passion for Indian food.
I seem to be able to lose weight fine when I concentrate on it, but it sneaks back in. I have lost 25 lbs on two occasions over the past 10 years, but never actually hit my goal weight. Last time I kept off 20 of the lost lbs for over 2 years. I'm ready to not only take back the ground I lost as the weight has crept back, but to finally hit my goal weight and then develop a solid maintenance plan.
