excess stomach fat
Can anyone help me with what to do with excess stomach fat? I have lost almost 50 lbs. and i still have 40 to go but i have a lot of stomach fat that wont leave. Has anyone had the same problem and if so how can i get rid of it without surgery. I dont want to have to wear shapewear under my clothes forever.

That is why i eat grape tomatoes at almost every meal because of the higher carbs but not sure if im eating too many. I do eat more than a cup of them a day, do u think that is a problem?

thank you everyone for making me feel better. As far as water goes, i drink far more then the recommended amount thats for sure. I do eat quite a bit of cheese but am trying to cut back. my big problem is veggies, i eat a lot of tomatoes, probably more than i should. I am a very picky eater which makes it very hard to reach the 12-15g. when i eat salads for lunch then it seems like i have to eat soooo much at supper to get my calories in. i started to add almonds to my diet but i still try to stay at 20 net carbs or at least not over 25. Thanks for all the advice

getting so frustrated
I am getting so frustrated with not losing weight. For about the last week or so i haven't been losing, i gain then lose a little then gain. what am i doing wrong? I am very thankful that i have lost 20 pounds but wondering why i have stopped. Can anyone help me? I work out an hour a day on elliptical and weights, usually 4-5 days a week. i am wondering if i am not eating enough.
