Having a tough time staying "on"
The muffin sounds great and so does the baked apple. Yum! Yes, stew and roasted meats are very fallish aren't they? Tonight I made chili with just a few beans and lots of ground beef. It hit the spot and I've made it throught the day.

Having a tough time staying "on"
Uffda. Fall is a tough time for me, foodwise. All I can think of is comfort food, baking, candy corn, apple butter, and hot coffee drinks. I have not been steadily "on" for about 4 weeks now. It started w/ a Fall camping trip back in early Sept. Mad

I DO NOT want to add weight after working so hard this summer to get it off. Can any of you share some "fall comfort" food ideas? Or, smack me up side the head. Something! Anything!

Has anyone transitioned from Atkins to another diet type successfully.
Thanks for the tips! I'm trying to stay low-carb for now and will study up on the other Atkins phases. I probably just need to get out of my rut and try some new recipes. I'll look into the other diets mentioned as well: paleo, primal and 17 day.

Has anyone transitioned from Atkins to another diet type successfully.
I have done Atkins for 3 months and have had great success. However, I feel like I am reaching my limit on such a restricted carb diet and am considering changing direction. I am still motivated to lose, but am starting to feel "uggish" about eating so much protein and fat. So, as my subject states, have any of you transitioned from low-carb to a different diet style and continued your success?

My weight loss cycle - do any of you have a similar experience?
Great posts guys. Good to know I'm not alone. I've thought about weighing once a week instead of daily. I'll give that a go and see if it helps w/ motivation.
