My name is Pam and I have been dieting for the past 3 years...at least.
Once again I am here to try again. I currently (today) 1/25/12 weighed in at 192. My goal would be to lose two pounds per week, starting today to reach my goal of 150 by the end of June. I hope that isn't too aggressive. I'm sure there will be weeks the scale doesn't move and I will need your help.
I plan to do home exercise and portion control / low calorie diet to get to this goal.
