I'm an elementary teacher and a Christian. I live day to day and I think this whole losing weight and exercising thing is going to be great for me. I'm not married, I don't have any kids, and I'm an easy-going person. I like to travel and take little weekend getaways when I can. I used to love, love, love to sleep late and stay in bed all day, but now I'm realizing that it's actually nice to get up early and accomplish tons of things before noon! I don't know what God has in store for me, but I'm sure it's something great!

439kcal!?! Really?
Look I've been at this for a year now and I've tried many different things but let me tell you what I've learned. SO I know that 3500 calories = 1 pound and since January I've been hardcore about losing weight and since then have lost 20 lbs. I ABSOLUTELY put down sitting, standing, resting, etc. as an activity. Your body burns calories sitting still on the sofa. But don't call standing, sitting, etc. "exercise" call it "activity" that way you don't feel like you are cheating yourself. SO I watch my calorie deficit like a hawk and every few days I'd burn my 3500 calories, even with standing, sitting as an activity, and have managed to lose 20+ pounds. And I will continue to put those things as my activities. So please do mark them.
