All I know is that it's a new way of running and reduce the risk of getting injured.

10 Things I look forward to when I lose enough weight to show and feel
wow! it really feels good to read all the posts!
Fatsecret helped me change my life and be organized (in things that really need to be organized because they really matter to me now!... life is not only about been professional at work but become professinal at administrating your life to live happy and healthy).

1. Run 5k with my boyfriend!(under 28minutes!)
2. Run 10k by the end of the year and win first place(every year they do it at work for all the employees... great pices!)
3. Buy hot clothes for outdoor exercising (showing off a firm belly)
4. Look good with my bathing suit(I live just munites from the beach... so i really have to!)
5. Reach my goal before 30
6. Get fit and toned... need to work on fat my arms
7. Loose my 2nd chin for good! (Im not sure if that is the way it is called... but I hate it!)
8. Be a smaller size than my boyfriends mom!!! (she is late 40's and looking hot!)
9. Never ever wear big T-shirts again
10. Next year wear the wedding dress I could only dreamed

Wow it was very hard to do my list... there are so many things I look forwad to!
