Hi Fat Secret!

I'm a 32 year old female who, like most, struggles with weight issues.
I'm a classic yo-yo dieter. Up, down...down, up!
I plan on making this time DIFFERENT.

The difference this time will be making it a true lifestyle. I am not young anymore nor do I have the extra time to really "diet". I'm a wife (7 years) and a mother of 2 beautiful children (ages 6 & 5). I can't possibly focus only on myself 24/7 anymore.

My advice to any young person out there is to GET YOUR WEIGHT UNDER CONTROL NOW! Don't wait until you have more life stresses, responsibilities and a family.
