I am on the Xyngular (also called the Red Box) diet. I take their products and am following their weightloss diet plan. It is modified somewhat since I am sucralose sensitive and can't take any of their diet products with sucralose in it. Also I'm pretty f'n broke so can only afford a few of their products at a time. So far this plan seems to be working for me - at last I'm getting to where I want to be!!!
My Diet History:
I fell off the dieting wagon in Oct 2014 after many years on & off trying. I got depressed that nothing was working and despondently gave up. But the truth is I hate being overweight. I don't identify with it and it is bloody uncomfortable. I have a desk job and I hate sitting down at my desk with my stomach in the way. I hate going to stores and knowing none of the cute clothes will fit and most of all... I Hate Food! It makes me feel sick and tired and does nothing for me other than keep me alive lol. What I do love? Alcohol. Yes - I like to drink lol. By Oct 2016 I had ballooned to 185lbs and decided I had enough. I started Xyngular in Dec & it is working great for me so far. Cutting out/limiting bread, pasta, cheese & processed foods means I no longer feel sick after eating. Not sure if it's the supplements or the diet but I also don't feel as tired and don't feel like drinking so much anymore either. Just a drink or 2 on the weekend and that's it!
I was skeptical with this diet BUT after years & years of trying I have finally hit under 150lbs and am no longer considered obese! I am now looking towards getting to a borderline healthy weight with the ultimate goal of being towards the lower-mid end of the healthy weight scale for someone my height. Eventually I hope to be in a place where I can just focus on weight maintenance and body toning instead of weight loss.
My Current Goal 130lbs (considered borderline healthy weight)
My Dream Goal: 115-120lbs (healthy weight)
