Where's My Calories??
Wonder why you don't see me counting calories? Because I'm not on a calorie counting diet! I just started trying to lose weight about a month before I started my current diet plan and didn't want to reset my whole diet again on so kept it on the Calorie Counting Diet. Once I hit my current goal of 150 I guess I will probably set it to the right diet with my overall dream goal.
My Real Diet:
I am on the Xyngular diet. I take their products and am following their weightloss diet plan. It is modified somewhat since I am sucralose sensitive and can't take any of their diet products with sucralose in it. Also I'm pretty f'n broke so can only afford a few of their products at a time.
My Diet History:
I fell off the dieting wagon in Oct 2014 after many years on & off trying. I got depressed that nothing was working and despondently gave up. But the truth is I hate being overweight. I don't identify with it and it is bloody uncomfortable. I have a desk job and I hate sitting down at my desk with my stomach in the way. I hate going to stores and knowing none of the cute clothes will fit and most of all... I Hate Food! It makes me feel sick and tired and does nothing for me other than keep me alive lol. What I do love? Alcohol. Yes - I like to drink lol. My current diet is working great for me so far. Cutting out/limiting bread, pasta, cheese & processed foods means I no longer feel sick after eating. Not sure if it's the supplements or the diet but I also don't feel as tired and don't feel like drinking so much anymore either. Just a drink or 2 on the weekend and that's it! Hope this time around does the trick for me :)
My short term goal is to get to within the 150lbs range (150 ideally) & my BMI to just overweight (below 157lbs)
My Dream Goal: 110-120lbs and my BMI within normal (100-130lbs)
