Hello! My name is Blakeleigh and I am taking on this challenge with my friend Lauren! :) I am eager to follow through and stay motivated to reach my goal of 125 pounds; if you can help me maintain and strive for this goal, I'm open for any assistance :) .

I am very excited that I stumbled upon this website, I feel like I have almost been given a chance to finally be who I want to be! I have had a very hard time staying away from the junk food and I tend to snack on just about anything when I am sitting around. My busy, school schedule makes it very difficult for me to find time to work out, but I am determined to! The first step that I am going to take is to maintain a healthy diet and start off by trying to work out in the gym for at least three days a week.

Ok.. so here is the deal.

I am trying to lose weight to get back to my "normal" size..
I have been keeping track of my calories and have tried to
eat healthy foods. I get them recorded, but I do not know
how many calories I should take to be able to still lose
weight. I am about 148 [ i think ]. How do you determine
or how do I figure out how many calories I should be
allowed per day?
