54 years old. Love to ride motorcycle, bike, garden and play with dogs.
Used to be heavy in aerobics before some shoulder and neck surgery.Took a job 5 years ago that stopped me from going to the gym for 2 years. I really put on the lbs. Ate out 5 days a week did not help either.
Retired Navy in 1996 and currently work in manufacturing. I have three children and four grand kids, two dogs and raise my own chickens.
I have never been thin, always lifted weights and really always had a pretty nice form. But when I hit 50 I really got lazy, and so with all these grand kids, I decided I want to be able to keep up with them, and look good at the same time. I love life and am a great friend to those who know me. God is the center of my life.

I take only Krill oil, very expensive, and I grind Flax seed daily, use at least 2 servings. No vitamins. I just try and eat right.

Homemade Food Logging
Figure out how many servings it will make, lets say 10.... Manually enter the ingredients . if you put in a lb of turkey, divide it by 10 as a serving. do that with all ingredients. then save as your favorite meal.

Tuesday, eliptical for 60 minutes, or bodypump for 60
Thurday Eliptical or body spin for 60 minutes
Saturday Stationary bike 60 minutes
Monday and wed weights for 30 minutes
