I want to be better than I am now. I have gone up and down in weight for all of my adult life. I am 5'8", female and have weighed 196 pounds and never want to see that number again. I love to workout, I'm a kettlebell RKC instructor and train in Brazilian jiu jitsu and Mui Thai. But I love food and love to cook. I have been able to keep in the 170s and 160s in 2011. I love being in the 160s but now I want to get to 150. I want to be as fit as possible to truly enjoy the activities I love to do. For competitions the lower I am and the stronger I am gives me the greatest chance of success. I had my first fight in November and lost. It was a hard pill to swallow. Next time I will be ready.
