Hi there everyone!
I am a 47 year old mother of 4 great children ages 21-32. Who has always been rather sedentary in my day to day life. I was always on the move when the kids were younger taking them from place A to place B, but I usually pulled up a lawn chair and read while they practiced their sport of the moment. And since I have always been a working mother with a long commute we usually ended up with some kind of quick meal. (Insert your favorite pizza place, sub shop, or burger place here) To say my weight fluctuates is an understatement. I feel like I've lost the same 30 lbs over and over. And then give up. When I really need to lose at least 45 and keep it off.
