Atkins website will give you lists of foods and carb counts. You can build in the foods you want to eat with the carb counts, from that list. The list is in the Learn atkins then Lessons tab, in "induction" phase 1. I found it really easy to eat low carbs and feel satisfied most all the time. Replace the carbs with protein. Lots of leafy greens, too. When juicing, you are taking the fiber out of your fruits and veggies. I have heard that the fiber is a good part of balance in quest for no blood sugar spikes.

Pork Rinds
Yes, the kind of pork rind or pork skin that have no sugar added. Great for a snack or in using as a crispy coating. I have cooked with them as a coating for chicken and fish.
