I hear Rodney Yee recommended a lot too. Also Shiva Rea's Flow Yoga for Beginners. In another forum some people recommended youtube links.
this instructor has many videos. She talks about different variations you can do too depending on what you're able to do

Veggie burgers
Dr Praegers,Licks, and Amy's are the best ones I've tasted. Amy's are the easiest to find at most grocery stores though

Low Budget Diet?
I like making congee with brown rice. Makes rice last longer. Add 4 cups of water to 1/2 cup of brown rice which makes 4 servings. Instead of one of the cups of water I use onion soup for more flavour. You can throw whatever else you want in there.. meat, veggies, spices

App disappeared from android market?
I just did an update for my phone that Rogers requested I do. I went to re-download the calorie counter app on my HTC dream and I can't find it anywhere in the market. Nothing comes up when I search. Why is this? Is my phone not compatible with the app anymore or something?
