Hi everyone! I a 42 year old single parent looking to get her life and health back on track. I was never overweight until I had my son (that was over 17 years ago). I have lost and regained over 60 pounds dieting. I have tried a lot of diets and successfully lost weight, but ultimately couldn't stick to them. I decided to try again but using a different aproach this time. I am not going to follow a specific diet, but I am going to track my food and set up an exercize routine. I need to actually change my entire life style for this to work. Yep, I have my work cut out for me!
