First week of going to the WRC in the AM. I hit every morning. The workout itself was not as important as getting the routine down. In essance, I shifted my morning routine (shower, getting clothes ready, shaving) to the evening. I ready my gym bag as well. I just get up in the morning, "do Gods work", put in the contacts and go.

I did see Allison there. Perhaps I can get either Martin or Allison to join me sometimes at the Rec Center.

I am thinking ahead about P90x. I probably could just do it at the gym at the Rec Center. One thought is to try to do the ABs when I get up. But the other conflict is breakfast - once I start the South Beach diet I will have to eat breakfast pre-workout (or maybe take it with me?).

I have travel next week, so I will just try to eat well, get in workouts and start SB the following week so I can have 2 solid weeks of focus for Phase 1.
