I am a 23 year old who is down on her luck a lot and has a MAJOR sweet tooth. I have been a little overweight most of my life, but I started gaining weight badly after a stint working at a fast food place, and with added stress and living with very unhealthy eaters over the years following that, I unwittingly gained about 50 lbs over the last 5 years. Now I need to lose that weight, plus the other 20 I wanted to lose in the first place 5 years ago! What a mess....I haven't taken it very seriously though, until now that I have the time and some resources to be able to focus on this a lot for at least the first few months, till I get this rolling!
