So here I am, overweight and looking to change my lifestyle, AGAIN! In my life I have previously lost 50+ pounds four seperate times. So, why am I back at almost 270 lbs? I have got to change the way I think about food. Seperate my way of eating and drinking from the way the rest of the world consumes food. I have come to the realization that this will always be a constant struggle for me. I mean, I love to eat! I am looking to use this website to gain and give the information, and the support that will help us finally change our lives forever.
