Hello ALl,

So I had a lapse, have not done anything to loose weight since may last entry :-(. Good News is I have started again. I am being more scientific about it this time. I have found myself working our weight loss per Kcal. I have learned that 1 lb of body fate = 3500kcals approximately, so if I burn 500kcal x 7day, I will loose 1lb a week. So, I have started running.

My first run was on wednesday lat week I did 3.50 miles burning just over 500 calories, then on saturday I did a 20mile bike ride at a steady pace and burned 1217kcal and on sunday another bike ride for half the distant burning half the calories and today running 2 miles burning 290kcals

Running was difficult but clearly the more efficient way to burn Kcal. So, I have decided to work on my running.

The new plan is to run 2miles a day until i can run the whole 2miles without walking then increase mileage. I am still working out what my deficit is and how much i'll loose weekly by doing this. Wish me luck!
