How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I weigh myself everyday, normally. But more importantly for me is to write it down on paper not just with Fatsecret. The notebook stays on my dresser and i have easy access to it anytime i need to be reminded about what I am trying to accomplish. Also, it is something tangible and it helps me to be accountable for my actions.
