i have to do all my working out at home, husband does not approve of gym
as a reformed jealous husband (partly reformed anyway Smile

) I recommend your local Y; the atmosphere is definately family oriented and not a meat market (which is probably his problem); the ones here (in Miami) are not as well equipped as commercial gymns, but its not like you need every machine under the sun to keep fit-the basics are fine. Also, you mentioned your sister (6 ft-125 lbs)-if possible, why not work out with her? That would probably ease his mind.

will losing weight get rid of my fat face?
yes it will. while you can't "spot" reduce, it seems (at least in my case) that fat starts melting from the face first.
