My names Tess and Im from WV. I do Brazilian jiu jitsu which is by far the most amazing work out I have ever had, and it’s so much fun!!You dont really know how great it is for a work out until the next day when its hard to move! I also Yoga, which really helps with my core and flexibility. Also makes me feel just so much better about life.
I’m mainly looking to loose just a bit and tone a bunch. I find typing in what I’ve eaten or what I plan to eat really helps me stick to my plan since it’s already down on paper(ish) and it really helps me plan my meals for the next few days in advance.
My main rule I ALWAYS tell myself
"ONE BAD MEAL WONT MAKE YOU FAT
"JUST LIKE ONE GOOD MEAL WONT MAKE YOU SKINNY"
I live by this saying. If you fall off the wagon, dont go crazy, just jump back on the next time you eat.
