My names Tess and Im from WV. I do Brazilian jiu jitsu which is by far the most amazing work out I have ever had, and it’s so much fun!! I also practice Yoga, which really helps with my core and flexibility and it makes me feel just so much better about life.
I’m mainly looking to loose just a bit and tone a bunch. I find typing in what I’ve eaten or what I plan to eat really helps. I dont want to look at my choices as dieting, more of a lifestyle.
My main rule I ALWAYS tell myself
