Anyone trying to Diet while breastfeeding?
Need help! I just had a baby 2 months ago and trying to follow a 1500 calorie diet. The last 2 weeks are not hard for me to diet, but now I feel my milk production has slowed down. Anyone have this problem? Should I wait to diet? Help!Confused
