I am a 66 year old retired nurse. My interests include: golf, piano, painting, reading, cooking and travel. My exercise is a combination of walking, jogging, weights, Pilates, water aerobics and elliptical. I try to mix it up, making sure to get in weights twice a week.
My husband and I follow a largely Mediterranean diet with lots of fruit, vegetables and oilive oil, but we are not fanatics. We do avoid fast food.
