Entering food in grams
How do you enter food in grams, if the serving size says 1 package, 1 cup, etc? I enter the grams in a custom food entry, but if I eat, say, 130 grams and the serving side is 145 grams, then I have to go into a spreadsheet program, divide 130 into 145 and record the percentage of the serving eaten. Is there an easier way?

Fitness Calculator vs Excersize Machine Calories Burned Estimator
I agree with Kate's comment above. I suspected that the machines at the gym were over-estimating my calorie burn. I've been wearing the BodyBugg, which I love, and find that the machines at the gym report almost DOUBLE what my BB reports. I did wear a heart rate monitor for a while and that was closer to what my BB reports. The issue I had with the HRM is that my resting heart rate can be as low as in the high 40's but when I'm cranking on the stairs or on the treadmill, it can reach the 180's.

Fat calves!!!!
I don't think I have particularly large calves, but I find it interesting that my calf measurements stay pretty much the same, no matter what I weigh.

Another lecture for Amanda (cuz we love you!) Your health is your number one priority. If you don't have your health, you can't take care of your kids, the rest of your family, your job, whatever. If you want to be unselfish and give til you drop, then you need to take care of yourself FIRST. This is NOT a luxury, it's your life. OK, the lecture is over.
