How Often Do you weigh yourself?
Well, I will say this. exacty a month ago i weighed and started on this new journey. I lost 7 punds in 14 days, at first, then I weighed again a week later and was up about a pound, attributed it to sugar alcohols in the candy I was eating. Stopped it, went down almost a pound by the next day. So, I weigh this morning and back up a about a pound. Then I measured. THAT is where the proof was! In a month, I have lost a total of 12 inches overall! So, the scale is NOT the best, or only way, to know you ARE making progress.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I kind of agree with EXUMFATS. Thanks! I am gonna try that approach as I dont like to obsess over a pound gained here or there, as long as I dont see steady gains.
