What's everybody doing today?
I went on the elliptical before work for about 45 minutes (ran yesterday!), and then lifted for about 15 before showering to go to work. Hit my personal best of 440 for a leg press today!

After work I'm hoping to make it to a Body Combat class at my gym today. I've never been and I want to try it out Smile

NCNOLE, it is possible to google an image through google images. However I'm not sure if it works with FS or not.

Workout
I don't Atkins so I won't send you recipies... BUT as for my work outs, I've been doing the Zombie Run 5K trainer (it's a program similar to the C25K, just a different set up and a bit of a longer training period). So, I do that 3x a week, and I do weightlifting for about 15-20 minutes after that. Mostly free weights, occasionally a few machines.
On the weekends I usually hop on an elliptical for about 45 minutes and take my boyfriends dog on his walk.
