I am a 54 year old woman and I am very out of shape. I have been married for 34 years and have two grown children, 3 grandchildren and another grandchild on the way next spring. My husband is retired, I no longer have a job and neither of us are active enough!
I have set a goal of what I'd like to weigh, but, if I focus on that number, I'll get discouraged, feel it's unachievable, and give up, so, instead, I plan to focus on healthy eating by keeping track of every thing I eat or drink, not go above 1500 calories a day but try to stay around 1200 calories a day. Here goes!
