I am a 57 year old woman and I am very out of shape. I have been married for 37 years and have two grown children and 4 grandchildren. My husband is retired, I no longer have a job and neither of us are active enough!
I have set a goal of what I'd like to weigh, but, if I focus on that number, I'll get discouraged, feel it's unachievable, and give up, so, instead, I plan to focus on healthy eating by keeping track of every thing I eat or drink.
