I am 54 and a mother of 7 and grandmother of 10 and 2 more on the way. I have always struggled with my weight. Only twice in my life was I at my ideal weight(130), in my early 20's and in my mid 30's. I am currently serving a mission with my husband here in Chile. I am keeping up my running. I have done 3 triathlons and 2 half marathons in the last 2 years. The triathlons were much more fun than the .5 marathons. I did Catalina Island twice and Powell3 once. I hope to maintain my weight and shape to be able to do more races with my grand-kids when I get home. My youngest son has also started running so I look forward to running a race with him.

I don't know about the Windows phone app but I have an android and it syncs for me. You just hit the sync icon and it should ask you for your usernames and password for fatsecret and then it should sync for you.
