So after three months away from any planning, mindful eating or self control, and 21 pounds up from my lowest weight, I'm back. I've still got the 16 lbs I originally lost in my back pocket, but I certainly won't if I continue on this path. Back to tracking, I KNOW it works...I'm just stubborn. I'm going to change my goal weight to something a little more realistic, I hope that doesn't change my progress charts, but whatever. Hope everyone is well!

Okay, that's enough of that. I was actually down to 221, then up to 227, and now just this side of 230. I haven't been tracking, I've been eating crap and gorging on sugar. Xmas is coming and there will be even MORE sugar to resist, so I'd better get a handle on it now. I only want to see green arrows from here on!

Bah. No tracking = weight gain, EVERY TIME. It's really not rocket science! Very bad week for carbs, doughnuts/Halloween/other excuses I could make but why bother? They are just that - excuses. I thought Ii'd better get the weigh in over with so I can shock myself into getting back on track, and so I have done just that. Have a beautiful week, everyone!
