I am one of those people who have been over weight as far back as I can remember so basically my whole life. My father, mother and sister where all over weight so this has been a life battle for me. I have been on the diet roller coaster for so long and I just want to finally get off. I have 4 kids who are all old enough to be in school now and I just finally want to focus on me and my health but every day is a struggle. I focus a lot on keeping my kids healthy so they do not end up struggling with their weight but I just have not been able to find that balance for me. I have lost weight in the past in-between having my kids (but I still never reached my goal weight) but this time I am much older and my dieting just does not seem to be working like it use to. I am hoping Fatsecret will help me finally reach my goal and stay there.
