Just a less than average guy working on carb reduction. I am not really concerned about weight loss, but it think it will happen with carb reduction.

After using this website, I can see that I am way overboard on carbs. I was consuming about 350 to 400 grams of carbs a day. The normal should be just over 200 per day.

Just to remind myself: my goal is to reduce rice and breads, and increase green leafy vegetables. It's a good thing I like spinach.
