Hi, I'm Kimberly & I'm a foodaholic. :)
I try to have a sense of humor about my weight loss effort or more accurately my lack of effort but I have been doing really well lately.
Back in 2010 when I was my heaviest at 223 I went to the gym & did the treadclimber every other day in addition to weights & other cardio in between my treadclimber days. I loved the treadclimber but everyone else at the gym did as well & when it died it wasn't replaced. All 2015 I just wasn't able to get a good kickstart for myself & I'm tired of feeling like crap so I invested in a treadclimber for my home. I'm hopeful that will be my inspiration to stick with it & get to where I want to be this year.
I've also started clean eating & I feel sooo much better...it's awesome!
