I am 45 yrs old, married w/2 kids, daughter 16 and a son 26 who is married and in the Air Force in Phoenix. I am a Mortgage Banker for 11 yrs, can work long hours and I'm whipped by the time I get home. My issues are I don't like getting up early to exercise, and never want to after work with dinner to do etc. So I have been consistently inconsistent! Yo, yo it what I do best ugh! This site is great, loving the accountability and logging in daily. It has worked in the past for me and we also just got a home gym so that is good, I should have no excuses, just need to get up early! I also have 2 Boston Terriers who are my other kids :) I am enjoying the buddies here and reading about how to beat cravings and what alternatives to do. Hopefully this will be a lifestyle for me for a long time, logging and staying consistent!

Cravings
For salt - Light pringles, sour cream and onion - 15 of them is only 70 calories and if you count them and put the can away you will be satisfied. For sweet, freeze grapes, or how about hot cooked appled with light cool whip? Yum Smile

Thks for replying Smile I will look again, I have taken the sugar challenge which is only 50g's per day. The 2 tbsp of cream alone are 10g so that is why I was trying to edit this. Will try now. I looked at your progress, great job! I just started, would you be one of my buddies on here? You are obviously commited and I admire your commitment. You look fantastic! I will upload a pic in a minute, makes it funnier to see who you are talking too Smile
