Update 1/15/14 - New Year same old me :) The holiday's were brutal but am now headed in the right direction mentally, physically, spiritually, and yes emotionally. As always feel free to add me as a buddy, would love positive encouragement and want to reciprocate the encouragement!

While in your own "My Fatsecret" page on the righthand side of the screen you will see "MY Toolbox". Click on "My Diet" (has the scale icon). Page will change and you will select "Edit Weight Details" step e. Step e is "setup/change your recommended daily intake rdi". Hope this helps Very Happy

No one noticed the weight loss
I understand the feeling my hubby didnt notice my weight loss and we live together!!! He was still stuck on "u really let yourself go the last 2 years"! But my brother came to visit after not seeing me in about 4 months and exclaimed over how I looked.

Congratulations on your weight loss! Keep up the good work! Smile
