I am a 22 year old bride to be who is trying to lose weight for her wedding. Back in high school I was a very health concious girl who would go work out when I had the time and ate right, unfortunately after graduation I started to put on weight quite rapidly. At first it didn't really bother me because I was already a very light girl at 115 pounds, I figured that maybe putting on a few pounds would be a good thing! That was until I couldn't fit any of my clothes and weighed 130 pounds; so naturally I tried to drop a few so I could wiggle into those skinny jeans. When I got to my weigh in I had gained weight and went into a deep depression! Over the next few years I would decide to try different ways to lose the extra pounds quickly and give up when things didn't go as fast as I wanted them to. Four months ago I moved in with my long time fiancée Dion and we have started to plan our wedding together, He and I both want me to be healthy by then and He has been helping me stay motivated enough to get the dream body I want. So far I have dropped ten pounds and I feel good about it!
