Born 1951, 5'10", I'm an information systems professor. In June 2010 I set out to get down to 169 by my 60th birthday in September 2011. The last time I was that weight was in about 1997. I got to about 174, which was ok with me at the time. My weight has fluctuated a bit since then, and I'm still working on getting it down. Why 169? I like the sound of being in the 160's, it would be 45 pounds lost which is nice round number, and besides, I graduated from high school in '69!
