I'm a single mom of 3-year-old twin girls, and was an at-home mom until August. Now I'm back in school (at Cal Poly SLO, in California) becoming a Master of Business Administration. I should be done in June, and have a collection of second-hand suits (for those job interviews I hope to get soon) that are SLIGHLY too small. I really need to loose 10 pounds to get into them, but I want to go beyond that and get down to 138 pounds. I'm not sure how I can up with that number, but it's in the "normal" BMI range for me, and I cannot remember ever being in that range before. At my heaviest (non-pregnant weight) I was 208 pounds...so being able to say I lost 70 pounds will be awesome!
I'm also a vegetarian, as are my kids, but I've let my mom give them chicken nuggets (which they spit out...seriously, chicken nuggets are gross). I try to eat organic, and I've ust finished "Skinny Bitch" but don't think I'll go vegan anytime soon.
