so gained a lbs. i happy its just a pound. laura an i were in new orleans and be had brithday cake, beignets in the french district and a huge meal at the commander places. i drink lots of tonic water, and sweets with coffee was the norm. i need to come up if a game plane for weekends and social eating. laura was feeling a little lighte headed and we were think maybe a baby but it may have been the airplane ride. my pants riped slash i pulled a tread and we had to go to walmart to get new ones. one of the most diffacult things to do at this weight is find nice clothing. my pants are a snug 44 my was around is 50 and i drop 1 inch about everfy 5 lbs my 190 lb goal well take about 14inches off my waste. 36 inch waste, will come my way is i stay balnce positve and proavtive. buy next week i should be working out at least 3 times a week.

32.5 %bf well that's great but only 1 lbs. Pulled out the old kitchen and brought in the new one. Laura did a lot of lifting and she is playing soft ball again tonight. The electrical in the kitchen is a adventure and the floor is going to take some creative problem solving and a bigger drill. My back I doing well over did it one night but much better then two weeks ago. I need to work on staying calm and collected when working, It makes it hard to have fun. I know I am in control of my body what goes in to eat needs to be balanced and good for me. If not I will just become more and more unhealthy. I need to ready up more on balancing my meals focus on lasting changes. The fewer caliors don't get me down, all the thinks I have had to cut out are things I know aren't that good for me, fast food ex, but I need to find healthy replacements, I think fruit and veggis are the way to go.

Time to star a new working out plane.
