I make a macro wave flax bread..i put 2 tablespoons almond flour,1/4 cup golden flax, 1/2 tsp..baking powder, salt the spices i want,1 egg mixed with 2 tablespon water,2 tablespoons olive oil..Cook in macro wave in a mug or small bowl..deep like a mug..for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes..take out let it cool..cut in 3 slices..i toast mine in a toaster oven..Yum, Yum.

Intermittent Fasting & Coffee?
You Might try this..which is what I do..I was useing the whole Bulletproof coffee..recipes.But, have cut my fat by just having( 1 tablespoon cocoanut oil, a little liquid stevia, 1/2 cup of almond milk which I heat and I add a little coffee "blend"Wink then add more hot coffee in my cup to mixture. It's very good I'm doing w/w and IF..my window to eat is 12pm to 6pm..nonthing after 6pm.
I had been on HFLC but, after 8 weeks I miss my fruit and need something more flexible. I only lost 12 lbs.. in 8 weeks..I've done w/w before I know it works..and is a flexible plan..I might add some people just have to cut their calories i'm one of those people .not very active.working on that;O)

Trying to find the best diet - Help?
It does seem that everyone has a Book! For Sale! and making money off poor desperate people..i'm 69 have tried every weight loss there is..and just spent 8 weeks on LCHF..lost 12 lbs. Hungry! ..have done HCG!(Starved bought all the vitamins) lost all my weight only to gain it back plus!!For me w/w is flexible and works. I lost 40lbs on W/W then went on the HCG to lose the rest. Bad move. I did lose but, gained back what I lost plus the weight I had worked to lose on W/W..I went back to W/W..at least with w/w you can enjoy life!! the points are easy to count. Really no quick fixes
