After recent visit to southern Ca.. Love the country setting I'm in and the 55 Speed limit..70 to 100 too fast for me..on those California Highways.

Looking for keto ppl
After doing Bulletproof coffee and intermittent fasting for 6 weeks with very low Carb..below 20 Grams..I believe it is about the Calories you take in and weight loss or inches lost in past 3 weeks. Today I'm discouraged and want to quit! but, I will not. But, will try to stay some lower on Calorie intake.. I know all us WOW people would like to say it is not about calories, but, honestly think it is.Atkins,keto, or what ever.and dang I miss my Fruit and POP corn!

Bulletproof Coffee
I make mine with 100 % unrefined cocoanut oil, cold pressed.(1 tablespoon).from Costco. Real butter.(1 tablespoon) 1 tablespoon heavy cream,1/4 teaspoon vanilla,stevia,..blend in my ninja. And I have this in the morning I eat low carb in a window from 12pm to 6pm nothing after 6pm..I've been doing this for about 5 weeks the energy level is high and it is an apatite controller,. Losing slow. But, I'm 69 and not active at all.

Looking for keto ppl
Hello I'm 68 and a Mother of 4 daughter,16 grandchildren AND 18 great-grandchildren.BUSY FAMILY! married 51 years. Been yo yo dieter for many years. But, following the keto program. Still learning and doing the best I can..with the program. Feel Great! I have lost 10lbs. in 6 weeks. Not as fast as I like but, everyone says that is great!So will continue this program..I also do intermittent fasting and bulletproof coffee as part of my plan. Because
it has helped me quit eating at night.
