I'm not a new member to the weight loss world. I was heavy in middle school and was able to drop 60 pounds by the end of high school. I went off to college and kept off most of the weight, but life got in the way, I went through a hard break up with my high school sweetheart and various other big life changes about half way through college and that's when the weight started coming back on. I'm currently the heaviest I've ever been and I'm absolutely disgusted with how out of hand I let things get.
I live in Florida, I'm 22 years old and 5'1'' tall with a more muscular build. I have 3 big weight goals: 180, 160, and 140. 140 puts me at a healthy weight for my height but my ultimate goal is around 120, or 24% body fat, whichever comes first. I'm definitely more focused on body fat percentage than the number on the scale. I have a closet full of clothing I bought when I was thin and I want to get back into every single item I saved.
