Went out to eat this evening.Ordered prime rib and only ate half.Also half a baked potato.I did have some cream of potato soup though.Skipped dessert and drank seltzer water.Normally I would have had a few beers, appetizer etc so I did do pretty well.Still feeling it from my shoulder workout last night,definitely overdid it a bit.More snow on the way so hope I heal up in time to shovel!

Being that tonight is a lifting night I was going to add a few extra calories today.I found a small cheese pizza only 320 calories so I figured it would be a nice treat and I could fit it in.I also wanted to get some more protein so I had one scoop of protein (23 grams) mixed with ice and water while the pizza was cooking.Well the pizza is done and I'm not hungry anymore.lol Lesson learned next time I'm hungry have a protein shake instead!

So bumble bee solid white albacore in water was on sale this week(10 cans for $10) Not something I usually get.I'm more of a steak and eggs kind of guy.But I figured 26 grams of protein 2 grams of fat zero carbs and only 120 calories, that will work!Gave it a try and I must say it tastes like cardboard.I added a tablespoon of bbq sauce and what a difference now it tastes like cardboard with bbq sauce.Maybe by the tenth can it will grow on me.lol

I'm starting to slowly lose some strength.Soon I will have to drop down a bit.I've been here before and it is a bit depressing.Trying to eat less on my off days to allow a cheat meal on lift days.I always start these diets the same way super low carb and then end up moving to just a caloric deficit.I think it's just an excuse to eat a bit of what I want once in awhile and get away with it.lol
