what does the "net" number mean?
Hi, I'm new here but I think you want that number to be a negative. For instance, -500 would mean you've expended 500 calories more than you've consumed which should equate to weight loss of about 1 pound per week (7 days x 500 kcal = 3500 kcal, which is 1 pound).
