Shorter walk last night, puppy class, no rowing, chained to my desk up until the moment I made a break for it. Blob holding, muscle up a nudge, going to power through the rest of this week and call this project done, hopefully.

Well, durp. Entered yesterday’s info without realizing it. Here we are. Long day yesterday, long walk last night, going to be another long one. Blob down, the rest is meh. Big chunk of this should be over by the end of this week.
Question for the peanut gallery, are walking pads a safe machine for seniors? I don’t see hand rails and it makes me nervous. Mom wants one, I’m wary. I’d rather see her outside walking.
