I am 25 years old and have 3 kids under 6. Before kids I weighed 135 lbs and was very healthy. After the kids I reached my peak at 236 lbs. (No Pics). I was honestly disgusted. When my 5 year old said, "Mommy why are you so round?" I knew I had to do something about it. Using Fat Secret I am now down to 205 and steadily losing. I enjoy dancing and Zumba, which are my main exercise. I also enjoy TaeKwonDo and Bowling, which I also do regularly. My greatest culprit is soda. Even going to diet full time is not an option for me I just love Mountain Dew too much.
