My name is Julie and I just moved to Nashville TN, I've struggled with my weight all my life. I am 29 years old and I am to the point where I do not want to yo-yo-diet so much.

I have been through a lot of changes these last couple of months and got to my heaviest weight yet, 157, I have a short torso and carry most of my weight in my mid-section.

I love to do hot yoga, and have started working out a lot lately. I get motivated easily but also can fall off the wagon just as easy.
I'm excited to meet such great people that are going through the same thing.
My birthday present would be to get to my goal weight or very close, I am turning the big 3-0!

I don't know if you guys have tried sparkling water, I love it, I just add some lime to it and get my H20 and my carbonation, I think that's what I like best about sodas. It does have a little sodium but it's not that bad!
